5. What’s On My Boat

Create a digital inventory of everything on board using What’s On My Boat, and ensure that you never spend hours searching for items again. Help crew that are joining the boat by showing them where everything is on board quickly and easily, and use it as a reference to ensure pointless trips to the supplier don’t occur.
Free app on iOS and Android, requires Voly account (charges may be applicable)
Voly is a newly developed app that simplifies the budget management process on board a yacht. Working on an inter-departmental basis, each HoD can log purchases into a centralised yacht report. A fully integrated currency card can be prepaid and records transactions to the Voly app. Reports can then be accessed by the owner, captain or management company.
Free on iOS, no Android version
The Crewboard app provides quick, easy access to a secure overview of which crew are on board. It acts as a digital equivalent to the traditional onboard whiteboard.
With its appealing user interface and intuitive management system, adding new crew members, groups, subcontractors, day workers and accessing advanced features is simple and self-explanatory. Full user profiles including names and job titles can be added and amended quickly and easily, whilst profile photos can be selected from existing albums or taken directly via the device’s inbuilt camera.
