I was based for two years in the SE Asia area and was in Thailand for the October through to May season each year. In this time I was lucky enough to meet Jay Coombes and his company Choice Foods. We were able to purchase "Top Quality" foods that could not be found else where in Thailand. The quality, standard and excellent service was unparalleled. Dealing directly with Choice Foods also eliminated the middle man and the savings were passed directly to the owner and crew.
