Reduce in costs
The product has been tested at length in one of the two identical engine rooms of the ferry Dokter WagemakerTESO has now started using the additive in all the other engine rooms of the ferry ships. This way, TESO is saving approx. 300,000 litre diesel oil each year! On top of reduced fuel consumption the emission of CO2 has been reduced by 6%. Furthermore the emission of NOx and CO (carbon monoxide) has been reduced by resp. 9% and 32%, the emission of soot by even 40%. Reducing the emission of NOx, CO and soot is currently of major environmental importance. Reducing CO2 will be important for future generations. With the use of X-MILE TESO is aiming to ensure a sustainable environment for us and our descendants.

Gas meter
For many years the experience is positive for MDO. We have seen a fuel reduction; (for engineers this is not always visible on fuel meters due to load differences during time). So I asked our engineers to keep an eye on it via the exhaust gas meter. What engineers noticed is: • Better exhaust gas smoke • Less water in fuel • Less lube oil filter changes • Less fuel filter changes • Longer running hours of lube oil (particular less fuel in lube oil) (our Cummins and Mitsubishi engines lube oil exchange interval raised from 250h into 500h) Your product compensates for sure the low load running.

Highly recommended
We have performed several RVI engine inspections on a wide variety of marine engines using XMILE. We have seen very positive results inside the engines inspected. Based on the above results, we highly recommend XMILE additive to all of our customers.

Problem solved
We wanted to find a product which would help reduce soot and smoke. After being recommended XMILE, we are very pleased that the product has solved our problem. I would not hesitate to recommend XMILE to other superyachts.
