Aeronautiq and The Composite Studio presents limited edition carbon fibre furniture

In January of 2014, designers Aeronautiq teamed up with the carbon fibre marine specialists, The Composite Studio of New Zealand, for the collaboration of an exclusive set of carbon fibre yacht dining furniture, hand crafted and available with either gold leaf or ice veneer detailing.

Strong, lightweight and durable, the Aurora dining set has been specifically designed for use on board a luxury yacht, whether placed in a dining area or on deck. As space is often at a premium, its qualities make it both versatile and practical, allowing it to be easily moved around depending on the needs of the yacht or the owner's wishes - an added advantage for those yachts catering towards the charter market.

Aurora's unique design can be arranged to host a small dining party of six or divided into two separate sets, for a more intimate dining experience.

Crafted from carbon fibre and chosen for its obvious properties and benefits, the material's beautiful visual aesthetic is complimented through its modern styling.

Olivier Dorrell of Aeronautiq explained, “There was really only one material that had the strength, appearance and versatility that we were seeking for such an exclusive product. Carbon fibre not only looks fabulous and emphasises Aurora's form and lines, but embraces the manufacturing process, resulting in fewer changes during the design process and an outcome closer to our original vision”.

Aurora projects a clean and modern appearance, with purposeful lines and the right amount of detail. Available in limited edition numbers only, the set is made to order, with pricing dependent upon the customer's specific wishes.
