JFA Yachts has announced that the 43m Axantha II has been selected as a finalist at the International Awards for Design and Leadership 2012 in the category Power 40M to 65M.

The winners will be announced in Florida during a gala evening on 25th October 2012, the opening day of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

Designed by the Naval Architect Vripack, Axantha II has an aluminium hull and superstructure which allows her to reach a speed of 14.8 knots.

The interior layouts are made in stained cherry wood and the floors feature in either teak or douka.

JFA Yachts has already been rewarded in this category in 2007 for the M/Y Bystander.
