Baglietto unveils 48m Explorer project

During the recent Yachts Miami Beach show, Italian shipyard Baglietto unveiled a new explorer line of superyachts, to join their existing Fast and Open model lines.

The new 48m Explorer is to present exceptional sea keeping capabilities, and has been designed for long-range cruises and long periods at anchor. The firm commented that construction on the project would commence soon.

On-board comfort is ensured with large and expansive deck spaces, created by yacht designer Francesco Paszkowski’s self-titled design studio, and an open sundeck area allows for sunbathing and relaxing. The free space also allows for the storage of larger-sized tenders and landing craft, whilst the transom hosts a beach area with a bar, gym, Turkish bath, and sauna.

Baglietto’s announcement also included the unveiling of a new 44m Open superyacht, which features great liveability in both the indoor and outdoor areas, whilst preserving the yacht’s aggressive look and sporty performance.
