In the realm of maritime luxury, the quest to offer yacht charter guests the perfect night's sleep has become an art form, one which luxury bed and linen supplier, CC Design, has fully committed to.
Designer Malcolm McKeon has revealed that construction has begun on the Baltic 112 Custom sailing yacht, with an expected launch date of Spring 2019.
McKeon is responsible for her naval architecture, as well as the exterior styling of the sailing yacht.
The 34.14m yacht, also known as MM341, was designed for an experienced owner as a fast, long-distance cruising yacht, with the capability of taking to the racecourse.
At just 84 tonnes the carbon fibre used in her construction process plays an important role in ensuring she remains lightweight.
Key features of the Baltic 112 Custom include a telescopic keel that allows the draught to be reduced from 6.15 metres to 3.91 metres, and a retractable propulsion system, which will enhance speed and manoeuvrability when powered by her square top mainsail.
Inside she has four guest cabins, including a full-beam owner's cabin forward, a VIP and two twin cabins accommodating a total of eight guests. Crew accommodation houses up to five staff.
Adam Lay Studio will be styling the interior design, however no details of the décor have been released yet.
