Bering Yachts, a leading shipyard based in Marmaris, Turkey, has recently announced the new design of their 75-foot trawler. Unsurprisingly classified as an expedition yacht, it is a brand new design featuring very modern and angular lines.
As a semi-custom build, the expedition yacht allows for true customisation of the interior layout and fittings. According to Bering, the 75 yacht can be configured in a variety of different ways depending on the owner’s particular needs.
M/Y Bering 75 offers owners a luxury platform for cruising and is especially geared for extended cruising times, allowing owners and guests more time for exploring coastlines. With tanks holding 7,000 gallons of fuel, extremely long cruising routes are possible.
Travelling at an efficient passage making speeds of around 8 knots, the range is in excess of 3 000 nautical miles. A full load of fuel will last for many months of coastal cruising and a 1 000 gallon fresh water capacity allows guests to relax in the knowledge that the water storage is capable of lasting a long time.
