Cannes Yachting Festival reveals new visual identity for 2018

Cannes Yachting Festival has announced a new visual identity for its 41st edition, taking place in Vieux Port and Port Pierre Canto from 11th to 16th September 2018.

Said by organisers Reed Expositions to be “in line with both continuity and evolution”, the new visual identity will retain the main characteristics of the clean and elegant DNA that inspire the show’s current navigation, and its evolution from two boats to 600 motor and sailing yachts from major shipyards, ranging from two to 65-metres (6.56 to 213-foot) in length.

Spanning two ports, and with 10km of boats, 3km of floating pontoons and four traversantes, the Cannes Yachting Festival is known as Europe’s largest in-water boat show.

The 40th edition welcomed 50,000 visitors and 528 exhibitors from around the world, with 45% of exhibitors categorised as yacht builders and importers, and 55% from other activity sectors. There were a total of 214 international yacht debuts.
