CES Guernsey undergoes major rebranding with immediate effect

Following a successful management buyout, Neil Carrington, chief executive of CES Guernsey, has not only fully taken the helm, but has rebranded the company to CESG Limited.

Taking effect immediately, the new name change will allow the new management team to ensure not only the continuation of their previous tailored employment services and customer service, but it will also take the company into their next phase of global expansion.

With associated businesses in Malta and the UK, Mr. Carrington is keen to take their business model of providing HR and employment services to the maritime industry, to new levels.

Combining a wealth of experience in payroll and personnel management within the marine sector, together with the up-to-date knowledge of global business and employment regulations, CESG hopes to provide clients with solutions to all, or part of their workforce.

CESG’s services include; day to day administration of a company’s HR function, assisting and advising in the drafting of compliant HR policies and procedures, and help with employing an international workforce effectively, in accordance with the appropriate legislation.

With ISO9001:2008 and the Maritime Labour Convention 2006 certification, CESG also offers a wide range of integrated payroll outsourcing solutions, workplace pension schemes and employee benefits.

Looking ahead to the future, Neil Carrington said, “Without doubt this is an exciting time for the business and the team at CESG are really looking forward to the future and continuing to develop our client relationships, which will always remain our focus.

“The recent announcement of our inclusion on the CIPP International Payroll Services Provider 2015 short list is testimony to the effort that we place on developing and delivering best in class services tailor made to our client needs.”
