CESG Ltd has announced that this year’s 26th anniversary of the Monaco Yacht Show was a great success for the crew management specialist, where it exhibited alongside Viking Recruitment.
CESG was just one of 580 leading luxury yachting companies exhibiting at the show, including the most prestigious superyacht builders, yacht designers, luxury manufacturers and brokerage houses.
The Monaco Yacht Show is the one and only occasion in the year - and in the world - to discover the greatest of the superyacht industry, within the glamorous setting of Monaco, which offers a great platform to communicate and share information with many other companies.
Nathan Ward, business developer at CESG, was sent to attend the show for the first time after recently joining the CESG family, and working on board some of the world’s biggest superyachts for many years.
He said, “It was a great experience, and was nice to be able to shake our clients’ hands and showcase our services to the many potential customers.”
Set in the iconic Port Hercules of the unique Principality of Monaco, the Monaco Yacht Show is one of the only places to admire, tour and purchase the extraordinary superyachts built by the world’s most respected shipyards.
This year there were an estimated 125 superyachts in attendance, with around 40 of those being new build world debuts, unveiled to the industry for the first time.
Official reports state that approximately 34,000 people visited the show across the four days, and organisers claim that around 90% of exhibitors want to return next year, with many key exhibitors already booking their place.
