Polish yard Conrad Shipyard has launched its 40-metre (131-foot) superyacht Viatoris. The impressive steel-and-aluminium motor yacht is the largest vessel of its kind to be launched by Conrad – and the largest ever to be launched in Poland.

Exterior design comes courtesy of British studio Reymond Langton, with naval architecture by Dutch company Diana Yacht Design. The full-displacement superyacht has been built to meet Lloyd’s Register and MCA standards, and will be delivered to her new owner before the end of the summer season; her public debut will be at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show in September.
Viatoris has been designed to maximise entertainment opportunities, with dedicated dining and sunbathing areas and a cinema room on the upper deck – as well as a dumbwaiter in the adjacent bar allowing for swift stock replenishment. Other eye-catching features include Santos Rosewood and Makassar Ebony finishing, a main-deck saloon that can be opened out for seamless transition between the interior and exterior, and a Jacuzzi towards the bow.
Furthermore, Conrad has installed CMC’s electric zero-speed stabilisers to ensure night-time tranquillity and added comfort.
In a statement in November 2017, when Conrad was nearing the end of Viatoris’ construction phase, the yard noted, “The design brief was for an elegant vessel with a bold design that had modern and unique lines, and which will remain timelessly stylish. Built to the highest Northern European standards, she features luxury interiors and a layout with elements that are usually only found in much larger yachts.”
The tri-deck superyacht boasts accommodation for up to 10 guests across five cabins, including a full-beam main-deck master suite with fold-out terraces on both sides, and four double cabins that can be converted easily into a pair of deluxe VIP suites if needed. Meanwhile, the crew quarters can house up to six members of staff.
Tender storage is available to the fore and aft – the former features a davit crane and the latter is a transom tender garage that can double as a beach club.
Power comes from a pair of 670hp Caterpillar C18 Acert engines for a top speed of 13 knots. When trimmed back to 10.5 knots, Viatoris has a transatlantic range of up to 4,000 nautical miles.
