The 87.78-metre Feadship Musashi has won the International Superyacht Society award for ‘Best motor yacht over 65m’. At a glittering awards gala in Fort Lauderdale, she also took home the prize for ‘Best Interior’, capping an excellent year for one of the largest Feadships built to date.
Delivered in the spring of 2011, the motor yacht Musashi is an example of the flexibility Feadship can offer.
Feadship explained, “She is an inspirational synthesis of Japanese design and art deco-style elements. Her elegant profile features clear lines and an optimal use of light and space and the striking exterior flows seamlessly into an interior where each space is conceived with optimum efficiency in mind and crafted to perfection.”
Musashi has been the recipient of many distinctions from industry peers and leading superyacht organisations. In addition to her latest triumph at the ISS awards, she won a Neptune prize at the Show Boats Design Awards, was named Best Custom Built Yacht at the Asia Boating Award, and received the World Yacht Trophy in Cannes.
Feadship has received nine major prizes spread across a comprehensive range of categories.
