Italian shipyard Ferretti Group recently announced the latest model in its Custom Line, semi-displacement series, the Navetta 42.
Measuring 42m long, Navetta 42 has been revealed as the largest Custom Line Navetta yacht to have ever been built. As part of a celebration marking the 20th anniversary of Ferretti’s Custom Line operations, Ferretti will also launch its other project in this line, the Navetta 37.
Due to be officially launched in 2018, Navetta 42 was originally designed by Zuccon International Project, who had previously worked with Ferretti’s strategic committee and engineering department. With four fully customisable decks, Navetta 42 offers ample spaces for her owner and guests on board.
Ferretti revealed that Navetta’s layout “will ensure the most efficient organisation of on board flows, offering total privacy for the owner and the guests, and great freedom of movement for the captain and the crew.”
Her interior offers the option of either four VIP cabins for guests on the lower deck, or alternatively five double cabins, with the owner’s suite located on the main deck. There is room on board for a crew of eight, with a private captain’s cabin on the upper deck.
A beach club is also featured on the Navetta 42, which opens up at sea level, with a tender garage at the side to keep any launches or recoveries separated from the guest’s area.
