Ferretti-built M/Y Penelope available for charter for the first time ever

30-metre (98-foot) superyacht Penelope, a Ferretti Custom Line 97 originally built in 2008 and refitted in 2018, is now available to charter for the first time.

Flying Charter have been appointed central agents for the newly renovated motor yacht, and she is described by the company as the “epitome of luxury”. Penelope can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests across five cabins, with a bright and breezy main saloon and magnificent exterior spaces.

Older moquette carpeting has been replaced with tasteful parquet flooring, with large windows and neutral décor evoking feelings of a five-star hotel. On the sundeck guests will discover a fully stocked wet bar, spacious seating and dining areas and a cosy solarium. A Jacuzzi, which can be completely covered to expand the solarium’s space, is also on this deck.

The aft deck features a grand, teak dining table – big enough for 10 guests – and a swimming platform which can be simply converted into a beach club for easy sea access.

Penelope is staffed by a friendly, guest-oriented crew of five, led by Captain Alessandro Abbate. Head Chef Daniele Bertone, an Italian cuisine expert trained in Milan, is well travelled and is known for his baking and pizza-making skills.
