Fifty-meter M/Y Sapphire changes ownership

Trinity Yachts’ fifty-meter M/Y Sapphire has been successfully sold to several individual owners with residence in Bangkok, Thailand.

The 2009 built tri-deck motor yacht will be based between Thailand, the Maldives, Singapore and Indonesian Islands and seeks active involvement within the international charter industry. With room for 22 guests in eight staterooms and a pair of MTU 16 V 4000 engines giving a top speed of 24 knots, M/Y Sapphire is an ideal charter yacht.

The originally Dubai based royal yacht has been recently refurbished, updating the interior for a more contemporary look and is now fully equipped with the newest yacht toys including a Novurania RIB tender and powerful entertainment and AV system.

At her current base in Phuket, 50.5 meter M/Y Sapphire will keep her name and remain under charter agency Burgess. The Australian international crew will continue its successful cooperation under the management contract of Hanseatic Marine in Perth.
