Fischer Panda GmbH and HanseYachts AG have signed a new framework agreement

At the beginning of 2014, Mr. Tino Dell, Strategic Purchaser of HanseYachts AG and Mr. Stephan Backes, managing director of Fischer Panda GmbH signed a new three-year framework agreement for the exclusive supply of Fischer Panda generators to HanseYachts AG. The three-year contract confirms the long-standing and very good cooperation between the two partners.

At present, generators within the power range 4 - 12 kW are installed in the sailing and motor yachts of Hanse Group. HanseYachts and Fischer Panda have mutually agreed on the use of the successful i- generators with inverter technology. Due to their compact size and light weight these units with variable speed are the perfect solution for the yachts of the Greifswald (Germany)-based manufacturer of pleasure boats. The generators are also extremely quiet.

The diesel engine's speed of the Panda i-generator is adjusted according to the load connected. Thanks to the inverter the output voltage always remains constant. Thus, exhaust emissions and fuel consumption of i-generators are considerably lower when compared to traditional fixed speed generators of equivalent rating.

HanseYachts AG was founded in 1992 and with their brands Dehler, Fjord, Hanse, Moody, Sealine and Varianta it is the world's second largest manufacturer of sailing and motor yachts.
