Fresh from a launch at the Amber Lounge during the Grand Prix weekend in Monaco, Oud Amber Intense has made its way across the Mediterranean to Beautyworld Middle East in Dubai.
A new addition to Du Bois’ Prive collection, visitors at Beautyworld held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the largest international trade fair for beauty products, hair, fragrances and wellbeing in the Middle East, were the first in the region to get a whiff of the fragrance at Du Bois’ stand.
Drawing inspiration from the Orient, Oud Amber Intense is redolent of a spicy, citrusy opening of bergamot, tangerine, black pepper and cinnamon. Flower, fruity woody notes of neroli, rose, blackcurrant and patchouli infuse the heart and are held together with an amber accord. This mélange enfolds the senses at the end with musk and Du Bois’ signature 100% pure, natural Oud.
Because of Du Bois’ commitment to using only sustainably-sourced ingredients, the fragrance has also been endorsed by the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and five percent of the proceeds from the sale of the fragrance go to the foundation.
Oud Amber Intense is the newest of the fragrances that Du Bois showcased at the exhibition. According Fragrance Du Bois, their 100% pure, natural Oud fragrances captured the Middle Eastern crowd and its exclusive bespoke consultation service intrigued many.
Emma Henry, regional director of the Middle East for Du Bois’ commented, “The region is the real hot bed for our Oud fragrances and we’ve had great feedback from guests at our previous events, saying that our perfumes are different from those in the market. We’ve got a great product and we are looking forward to expanding our presence in the region.”
