The most recent of which being Christian Demaillet, a Michelin trained chef with previous experience at award-winning and 3 Michelin Starred eatery, The Waterside Inn in Bray, Berkshire.

Demaillet is a French national and fluent Spanish-speaker, holding experience working within prestigious 3 Michelin Starred establishments, matching him to the exacting requirements of this role.

This recruitment project, which arose when a freeance development officer approached John for a talented Spanish-speaking chef, was expectedly difficult to fulfil as it is notoriously difficult to source Michelin Starred Chefs to fit with an employer’s rigorous brief; but, in this case, Gladstone Park Chefs was able to source three Spanish-speaking Michelin trained chefs for the employer within six months.
