Euromarine has opened a new premium dealership within the Gold Coast City Marina in response to the increase demand for high end mechanical, electrical and security solutions in the Australian market.
Drawing on significant engineering, mechanical and electronic expertise, Euromarine’s technicians and management will combine 20 years of working knowledge of the Volvo Penta engine and propulsion products along with user interface technology, security solutions and maintenance schemes for a complete package. More than selling products, Euromarine aims to sell solutions.
Strategically located with walking distance two of Australia’s most prolific boat builders, Euromarine will provide new boat owners with one point of contact when deciding on systems for their premium vessels.
Along with the announcement of the new premises, Euromarine is also now a reseller for innovative security product C-Pod. Developed out of the Netherlands, C-Pod is a security solution which allows the boat owner to monitor their vessel through their smart phone.
A modem and GPS unit on board taps into the boat’s management system transmitting critical information on bilge, fire and security alarms as well as monitor the location. The device is compact, discreet and offers piece of mind wherever the boat or owner is located.
Terese Wray, director of Euromarine said, “We have seen an opportunity in the market to collect the best in marine engineering from around the globe and combine them into a solutions-based dealership. A significant amount of research has been undertaken by our technicians and management who have travelled to Europe, Asia and around Australia to source the best solutions for our clients.”
Gold Coast City Marina welcomed Euromarine’s arrival at their facility. Steve Sammes, general manager of Gold Coast City Marina commented, “We are delighted Euromarine has joined our list of tenants at GCCM. We share a common goal in satisfying the needs of our clientele in one location.”
