Gulf Craft reports successful DIBS 2017 show

With the five-day Dubai International Boat Show (DIBS) now finished for another year, local yacht builder Gulf Craft has unveiled its Majesty 100 superyacht for the first time.

On the opening day of the show, the shipyard took the opportunity to introduce the Majesty 100 for its global debut. As Gulf Craft’s first semi-convertible flybridge superyacht, she offers guests the ability to lower and raise the glass panels at the touch of a button to reveal unspoilt views and allow in the sea breeze. 

An exceptionally well engineered hull, coupled with an efficient V-drive propulsion system provides enhanced speed and comfort, making longer distance cruises much more accessible. 

A maximum speed of 23 knots is achieved by two 1,900 hp MAN engines, and “because of her practical, yet powerful, attributes in both engineering and design, the Majesty 100 is perfect for entry-level superyacht owners”, reports Erwin Bamps, Gulf Craft’s CEO. 

Good news came for the brand shortly after the yacht’s unveiling on the first day of the show, as a client placed a new order for a larger model, the award-winning Majesty 135 yacht. The craft is expected for delivery in spring 2018 within the Gulf region.
