Ibiza Rendezvous set for October

October is set to be the date for the inaugural yachting event, ‘Ibiza Rendezvous’; an end of season pursuit race for superyachts. The event will welcome a host of sailing yachts from 50ft and over in their own class, as well as inviting motor boats to join in the races.

Race days are the 8th to 11^th of October and take place around the island of Ibiza in the beautiful Balearics. The event will be based in Marina Ibiza, overlooking the characteristic Old Town which is alive with shops, restaurants and bars while giving an opportunity to see the superyachts and motor yachts up close. 

Festivities will be in full swing as the event coincides with the final closing parties of the season and the regatta itself will culminate in a classic beach party to a backdrop of the sun setting over the sea.

It’s also been announced that Marina Ibiza has agreed to partner with the Ibiza Rendezvous to host this inaugural superyacht regatta.

Amenities include a wide array of exclusive boutiques and shops available to browse at the end of the day, as well as a supermarket providing the necessary provisions.
