AYC Superyacht Recruitment (Australian Yacht Crew Pty Ltd) has recently announced Kathleen Hegele will join the team as a specialist crew consultant.

This recent addition to the team at AYC Superyacht recruitment expands the company’s resources and ability to assist employers, yacht captains, owners, managers and crew in connecting and filling job vacancies within the maritime industry.

Kathleen was born in South of France and has always lived close to the Sea. She has worked in the Recruitment and Yachting Industry for the past seven years in Antibes, Monaco and London within worldwide renowned companies. During those years she could build a solid network of crew members and employers alike to develop good relationships within the industry. Kathleen’s ability to speak French, English and Spanish also improves the communication between multinational yachting professionals seeking recruitment assistance.
