Lumishore nominated for 2012 DAME Design Award

Lumishore Ltd., a leading LED underwater light manufacturer, has been nominated as a finalist by the Design Awards Marine Equipment Trade Show (DAME) competition Jury for their SMX150-CCP color change surface mount underwater lighting system. 

The innovative SMX150-CCP is the world’s only color change, color mix, corrosion-free surface mount underwater lighting system.  Lumishore is proud to be the only underwater light manufacturer to be honored with a nomination.    

The SMX150-CCP will be on display during METS in the RAI Elicium in a special DAME presentation.  Lumishore will be demonstrating its full range of products at METS on stand 03.510

DAME is an important international design competition for new marine equipment and accessories, and the design accolade for entrepreneurs and innovators.  DAME Award nominations set the pace for the next generation of product development.  DAME Judges look for excellence in design, evaluating on product design, innovation, ease of use and price/performance.

The DAME jury will choose a maximum of seven category winners and one overall winner.  The awards will be given out on November 13^th prior to the start of METS, which will be held in Amsterdam on 13^th to 15^th November.
