Moore Stephens Crew Benefits Limited (MSCB), which signposts superyacht crewmembers to savings plans, pensions, mortgages and foreign exchange matters, has promoted Melanie Langley from sales manager to senior sales manager.
“Melanie has made a fantastic contribution to MSCB’s success,” said Clive Dixon senior partner of Moore Stephens, Isle of Man. “When she joined the firm, MSCB had just re-launched into the market.
“Melanie’s hard work and determination has helped the team grow and succeed. She is well respected as a leader and manager by her team.”
“I have really enjoyed working for MSCB and we have been making fantastic progress in developing our brand in the industry,” said Melanie. “I’m excited at the prospect of leading and managing the team and I’m sure we’ll go from strength to strength in 2012 and beyond.”
Melanie brings great experience to her role. As well as being fluent in Spanish, she has previously worked as a financial broker for one of the world's largest insurance brokerages and has management experience working with one of the world's leading tour operators.
MSCB has also been revealed as the executive sponsor of this year’s fifth annual Dovaston Crew Show in Palma, Spain (starting April 27th).
A record turnout is expected for the event, which is now firmly established in the superyacht calendar as a chance for superyacht crew and businesses to network in what the organisers describe as “a relaxed party atmosphere.”
