Simon joined the Nottingham-based business in November 2015, having spent over 20 years of his career in the action and watersports industry with Sola Wetsuits, Body Glove International and, most recently, as brand manager for Pryde UK where he launched Neil Pryde Sailing.

In his promotion to Gill UK sales manager, George Kingsnorth will oversee all aspects of the Gill commercial operation, and manage the sales team in the UK and Ireland. This is backed by his extensive experience working with Gill.
