New dealership group to debut at Cannes Yachting Festival

A new partnership is set to launch at the upcoming Cannes Yachting Festival 2016 (September 6th to 11th) between some of the yachting industries top sales and brokerage companies.

Trident Yacht Alliance (TYA) has announced that it is joining together with EKKA YachtsMennYacht and Ventura Yachts to offer a complete service across Europe.

As three of Ferretti Group's most successful dealers, the businesses have more than 30 years of dealership presence and experience, and combined sales of more than 110 yachts over the past three years, at an estimated value of around €92 million.

A recent press release outlined that the partnership will offer a range of complete range od marine services to the industry, including sales and charter brokerage, yacht marketing, technical support, annual maintenance, berthing, concierge services, crewing and more. 

A bespoke customer relationship management (CRM) system has been designed and developed by the founders to “ensure seamless integration across all offices and service points, resulting in accurate and effective yacht marketing services”. With their geographical presence through regional dealership offices, the end user will “benefit from a much wider selection of boats available for sale”.

Pantelis Stathis, marketing director of Trident Yacht Alliance explained that technical support is an integral part of the TYA’s business model. He said, “The three Ferretti Group dealerships behind Trident Yacht Alliance have delivered over 1,000 new-build motor yachts over the past 30 years, demonstrating unquestionable levels of service and customer support, specifically during the twenty-four month warranty period. This is testament to our customer-service mentality, experience, as well as in-depth product knowledge.

“Our investment in technical support services, allows Trident Yacht Alliance to advise new owners on issues such as maintenance, refit and repairs, but also supplies our sales teams with in-depth and insightful product knowledge, which equates to providing customers and prospects with an informed sale, purchase, or chartering decision”.
