New FACE2FACE networking platform goes live

The Superyacht Events team are delighted to announce that the Global Superyacht Forum (GSF) FACE2FACE networking portal has gone LIVE this week! This new and exciting networking feature is available to all registered delegates of the Global Superyacht Forum 2013, and can be seen at the GSF website.

This portal will support a new approach to communication: FACE2FACE networking, launched at GSF 2013. Involving every delegate, this interactive technique will serve to connect audiences with those they wish to meet, starting seven weeks prior to the event and continuing until the end of the event. Not only will communication be improved via an online meeting platform, but GSF will provide all FACE2FACE Delegates with a personal meeting hub at the event.

This year's programme includes dedicated networking sessions, ensuring nobody need miss any of the workshops or sessions in order to meet. The portal will allow forum attendees to request a meeting with registered delegates and VIPs in a designated networking zone at the Global Superyacht Forum. Each delegate will be credited with 20 meeting invitations, and they will also be able to accept meetings from others. Within the next few days a private messaging service will be available for communication between those who have confirmed an appointment.

VIP and Influencer Delegates will also be able to use the FACE2FACE Portal, not only to correspond with these companies but to arrange meetings of their own. This process will offer a truly tailored networking experience, making the most of every precious second at the event for every delegate.
