Numarine has sold the first 24XP explorer yacht, part of its new series which includes the 40XP and 32XP.
With design by Can Yalman, a long term collaborator with Numarine, the 24XP is designed to provide as much capability as the 32 and 40, and is able to reach top speeds of 22 knots, powered by two 2400hp MAN diesel engines.
Antonio Caviglia commented, “We are very pleased about the sale of unit no.1 of the new 24XP to a loyal Numarine client buying his fourth boat from the yard. His 24XP will be built with a very efficient, semi-displacement version of the hull.”
Outside areas on board the 24XP will feature seating on the upper deck, with a coffee table and sofa on the main deck aft. There are not yet many details confirmed regarding the interior design of 24XP, however Caviglia also said, “Interior volumes will be extremely generous, with four cabins with en-suite, including three VIP’s, a main saloon worthy of a 90footer+, and of course a fantastic flybridge that allows a 5 metre tender.”
Numarine revealed that the first unit of 24XP would be ready for delivery in 2018.
