This cutting edge company, which is working closely with Yachting Pages Media Group on the next edition of the Superyacht Owners’ Guide shared that their new solution provides complete plug ‘n’ play onboard infotainment via iPads, which is big on features but compact in format and configuration. Suitable for yachts of all sizes, both new build and retrofit projects, XS is fit for purpose and easy to install.
Designed with simple integration in mind, XS focuses on providing a more streamlined and cost effective infotainment solution. Quick and easy to install, it includes many great interactive features, excellent graphics and requires zero cable distribution. Ideal for retrofit or on new-build projects where certain constraints such as available space or ease of integration may apply, XS enables users to experience and interact with the very best features that Oculus Technologies’ infotainment can offer, regardless of yacht size or cabling restrictions.
XS includes some familiar YachtEye features such as YachtView and RoutePlanner providing real time information on position, speed, heading, temperature and route, as well as up to date weather forecast integration and the ability to track surrounding yachts. XS is also enabled to receive hotspots and incorporates PhotoViewer. To experience more of the original YachtEye product features, there are many upgrade options available allowing XS to grow as user needs and requirements change and develop.
