Offshore Systems, a leading marine electronics company and producer of NMEA2000® digital vessel monitoring systems, has made a key appointment, by recently recruiting George Davis to the post of mechanical designer, following the company’s recent significant increase in global business for their state of the art bridge systems.
According to Offshore Systems, George will be responsible for the refinement and development of the Offshore Systems products, including the company’s integrated display alarm and control system. He will also focus on the roll out of a number of new products which are planned for the coming year.
George brings with him a wealth of experience including a recently completed post graduate research project in mechanical design.
The company’s product line includes their new BlackGlass™ ultra modern bridge system, integrated alarm, display and control monitors and sensors for all aspects of monitoring resources on board. These include fuel, water and waste tanks, electrical system monitoring, temperature management, fuel and water transfer and engine instrumentation.
