In the realm of maritime luxury, the quest to offer yacht charter guests the perfect night's sleep has become an art form, one which luxury bed and linen supplier, CC Design, has fully committed to.
Perini Navi, the renowned Italian shipyard, has announced it has taken an order for a new-build 56m motor yacht. The yacht will be built from a steel displacement hull and aluminium superstructure, and the tri-deck design will feature a five-cabin layout and accommodation for up to nine crewmembers.
Lamberto Tacoli, chairman and CEO of Perini Navi, commented that this sale “confirms the effectiveness of the path we have chosen and the value of the process of focusing on our products and the quality that distinguishes them.
“The market is beginning to grow again and Perini Navi is and wants to continue to be among the key players worldwide."
The new motor yacht boasts an enclosed sky-lounge and floor-to-ceiling glazing on the top three decks. There are plenty of spaces to dine al fresco with a sheltered cockpit, circular upper deck dining area and a sunbathing area complete with spa pool.
Further details are at a premium, with both the engine installation and performance figures undisclosed at this stage, but the yard added that the new yacht will follow in the wake of the 49m Exuma, 55m Galileo G and the 73m Grace E; all of which were designed by Philippe Briand Naval Architects.
This new contract takes the yard’s order book to a total of €100 million, with a 60m sailing yacht, a 52m motor yacht and a 25m motor yacht also under development.
