Project LTS launched by Tansu Yachts

Tansu Yachts has launched 38m motoryacht Project LTS, and named the vessel Highlight.

Having officially headed out on the water for the first time in February, she will now undergo sea trials in the Marmara Sea, and her delivery is currently scheduled for the end of March.

With interior and exterior design by Riza Tansu, the semi-displacement yacht has naval architecture by the Dutch studio Diana Yacht Design.

Accommodation is available on board for eight guests, split across four staterooms. These include an owner’s cabin, VIP suite, and two further double cabins. The crew quarters can then accommodate up to five staff.

Highlight is powered by two Caterpillar C18 ACERT diesel engines, allowing for a top speed of 15 knots, and cruising speed of 13 knots. Further details about Highlight are limited, however according to reports from Boat International, she is said to have a maximum beam of 7.6m, and draught of 2.2m.

Tansu Yachts, based in Istanbul, is busy with a number of other projects alongside Highlight; these include 39m Echo-R, 43.7m Project Cyclone, and 44m Orca, all due to be out on the water before the end of 2017.
