Turkish yacht design studio, Red Yacht Design, has announced that construction is soon to commence on their newly designed superyacht tender at a facility in Turkey.
‘Eva’ is an eight-person superyacht tender, which according to red Yacht Design, allows superyacht owners and guests to travel safely from ship to shore, or to enjoy her high performance specifications at sea.
Designed to be simple and elegant, she will boast large deck spaces, seats and aft beds, intended to provide maximum comfort for an extended stay on board.
Below deck, there will be one cabin with a bathroom and minimal galley area that is designed to cater to the on-board guests while in transport, or to accommodate two people comfortably during an overnight stay.
At 11.65m LOA, and with a beam of 3.4m, the tender will be constructed using hybrid carbon fibre, epoxy resin and high-density foam for lightweight performance and durability.
She will perform well in shallow waters due to her low draft of 0.75m, and she can reach a maximum speed of 40knots using her two 500hp inboard engines, encouraging comfortable cruising with maximum fuel efficiency using her pod drive option.
