The yard confirms that it has worked to a "carefully tailored" specification
Hull 682 – as the yacht is currently known – will feature a four-cabin layout and is currently under construction in Ameglia, La Spezia, working to RINA standards. Accommodation is provided solely on the lower deck with a full-beam owner’s suite, VIP stateroom and two twin cabins. The crew quarters will allow for a staff of up to three people.
The aft garage will store a 3.95m (13ft) jet tender, leaving the upper deck free to provide uninterrupted views of the sea.
The trademark feature of the SL78 series, a bright 70GT interior, will be present on this model, with lowered bulwarks and large floor-to-ceiling windows.
Power comes from twin 1,622hp MTU 10V2000 M96L diesel engines for a top speed of 29 knots.
Sanlorenzo Spain hints that a “carefully tailored” specification has been adhered to, which suggests the owner’s involvement in the design process.
Other superyacht projects currently under development at the Italian yard include the flagship Sanlorenzo 64 Steel, which is scheduled for delivery in 2019.
