Seaway Powell Marine, one of the leading British engineering companies specialising in the design and manufacture of marine hydraulic systems, has recently announced it has acquired the assets of Solent Fluid Power based in Horndean near Portsmouth.
The purchase of Solent Fluid Power will enable Seaway Powell Marine to increase its productivity by offering its hydraulic capabilities to a wider customer base, while also providing it with a south-coast business hub.
