Serge Ferrari announces pollution resistant material for marine industry

Serge Ferrari North America, a leading manufacturer of marine materials, has announced the availability of Stamoid Pure, a lightweight and durable, flexible composite material designed specifically for polluted environments in the marine industry.

Used for a variety of applications, including bimini tops, cockpit enclosures, sprayhoods and equipment covers, Stamoid Pure is a woven PVC material coated on both sides to make it 100% waterproof, and with a specially formulated oil resistant varnish to withstand pollution.

Available in three white shades in 59 inch wide rolls, according to Serge Ferrari, Stamoid Pure provides long term performance and its qualities include; lightweight and flexible, mold resistant, easy to clean, high UV resistance for color steadfastness, and 100% recyclable.
