As the summer yachting season in Mediterranean unravels its sails this April, Shore Solutions will be launching its new galley catalogue at the Antibes Yacht Show alongside the unveiling of the latest addition to the Shore Solutions fleet, a 28 foot Solemar V6 twin engine open tender, Bullit.
With over 200 pages of iconic brands and items for the galley, the 2014/15 edition offers superyacht crew a wide range of products, from haute cuisine goods to essential staples every vessel and team depend on.
The catalogue offers options for premium cuts of meats from independent farms on both sides of the Channel, fresh seafood available on the world market, fruit and vegetables, dietary-specific goods and popular (and unusual) international delicacies and ingredients.
Andrew Roch, CEO of Shore Solutions commented, “It is not just the breadth of our knowledge and expertise that enables us to handle whatever our clients request. It is our wonderful suppliers. We could not possibly mention every single one of the 1600+ suppliers that we use, but we have focussed and instead provided an overview of the brands we recommend and admire.”
The catalogue continues to build on the editorial-style that existing clients will recognise with dozens of articles and features that consider a wide scope of topics; explore contemporary issues such as provenance of meat and the sustainability of the fishing industry, as well as more light hearted subjects, including different Spanish charcuterie cuts, foraging, and specialist cheeses.
The Antibes Yacht Show, from 23rd to 26th April, will also serve as the launching platform for Shore Solutions’ 28 foot Solemar V6 twin engine open tender, Bullit. The boat, which will be fully wrapped and branded by Wild Group (wildgroupinternational.com) during the show, constitutes a whole new method of delivery for Shore Solutions and will be trialled along the French Riviera throughout the summer of 2014.
Touching 38 knots and able to carry up to 400kgs of produce, the Bullit will allow Shore Solutions to make deliveries in Saint Tropez in just 45 minutes from Nice without disturbing the routine of guests or owners on board. Yachts moored in bays and ports from Monaco to Saint Tropez will all be able to benefit from this addition to Shore Solutions’ services.
