China Rendez-Vous, which was created by Delphine Lignieres in 2009, announces a close collaboration with the organiser of the IBSF (International Boat Show and Festival), which is held annually in December in Haikou, Hainan.
The two companies will join forces to create forums, private functions and a boat show in order to generate more interest around yachting in China.
This not-to-be-missed conference and Chinese business forum will be held from 1-3 December in Haikou. The well-established forum is organised by Hainan New Century Cultural Industry Investment & Development Co. Ltd, and received strong support by the International Council of Marine Industry Associations (ICOMIA).
Key speakers will be invited for a three-day meeting with officials and industry leaders. As an official partner, China Rendez-Vous will support the organisation of the conference where Delphine Lignieres is invited to present as a keynote speaker about her insight into this developing industry that she has been supporting in China for over 10 years now.
Delphine Lignieres, founder and CEO of China Rendez-Vous explained, “We are very enthusiastic with the idea of working closely with the IBSF. The program we are creating together will cater to entrepreneurs, industry leaders, investors and HNWI.”
After three days of conferences held in Haikou, Northern Hainan, delegates from the IBSF will integrate the program of SO! HAINAN in Sanya to foster networking opportunities and create more boating lifestyle activities.
Jin Chao, founder and chairman of the IBSF commented, “SO! HAINAN is the ideal partner; we needed to create more resonance around the annual conference. By joining this program, we offer to our attendees a valuable extension during a truly quality-oriented event.”
By working together, SO! HAINAN and IBSF aim to create the major yachting event of the year in China by offering a dense calendar of activities for business delegates as well as guests.
Delphine Lignieres added, “There are too many boat shows in China, with not enough content. In a tough economy, brands have to prioritise their participation into such shows. It is our duty to offer the strongest platform to our exhibitors and team up with solid and reputed organisations and partners to offer a coherent platform introducing the best of the marine lifestyle
