Studio Sculli reveals 65 metre superyacht concept

Italian yacht design studio, Studio Sculli, has revealed their latest 65 metre superyacht concept, MSS Expedition65, designed in collaboration with naval architect, Alessandro Cusumano.

Made from steel and aluminium, MSS Expedition65 will accommodate 12 guests over six spacious cabins. The layout will include an expansive owner’s suite on it’s own deck, which in addition to a large stateroom and lounge area, will also include a Jacuzzi and sun loungers on the exterior deck space.

Two VIP cabins are located on the main deck, with two double and a twin cabins on the guest’s upper deck. There will also be accommodation for a crew of 16 on board.

Notably, the exterior living areas are impressively spacious; the wheelhouse deck includes two outdoor seating areas with a dining area for eight, while the sun deck also contains a large seating area and helideck platform to host a 2,500kg helicopter.

The luxury superyacht will be able to reach maximum speeds of 16.5 knots, with a cruising speed of 13 knots, powered by a choice of two engine options; a diesel propulsion system, or a diesel electric propulsion system.
