Sunseeker launches 155 superyacht Princess AVK

After emerging from the Sunseeker facility in Poole, England, earlier this month the second hull of the 155 range was named and launched yesterday at the company’s shipyard, as Princess AVK. 

Unlike the first 155, the 47.25m Blush, launched in 2014 with a bright blue hull, Princess AVK features a simple all-white exterior with a subtle light grey waterline accent.  

Princess VK accommodates up to 12 guests across her six luxurious cabins, which includes a full beam master suite, two VIP cabins and three double cabins that can be converted to twin cabins as needed. She also houses a crew of 10. 

The brief for the vessel was to create a seamless connection with the sea, which has been achieved by balconies on either side of the main deck saloon and French doors in the sky lounge which open onto a fold-down terrace. She also features a full-length stone finished bar in her upper saloon and port-side balcony, which gives uninterrupted views out from the lower saloon. 

She houses a range of exciting water toys on board, including wakeboards, a Yamaha Waverunner, two Seadoo Jet Skis and two Seabob F5s. She is powered by twin MTU 16V4000 engines, which provide her with a top speed of up to 24 knots for long-range cruising. 

Camper & Nicholsons will offer Princess AVK for charter later this year in time for the summer cruising season.
