Super catamaran My Way returns to Gold Coast City Marina

Gold Coast City Marina & Shipyard is proud to welcome back thirty-eight metre super catamaran My Way for a number of refit projects.

At 38m long, 8.5m wide and weighing in at 146 tons, My Way has selected Queensland’s shipyard, Gold Coast City Marina, as one of their annual stops for refit and repairs.

Usually heading to the Gold Coast City Marina every year around March, super catamaran My Way’s skipper Neville has arranged for the vessel to arrive earlier, due to the amount of work needed. Projects include:

  • The replacement of both generators by shipyard tenants South Pacific Marine Group.
  • Sandblasting and application of a new antifouling system by Bradford Marine.
  • The replacement of current exhausts to underwater exhausts by Wicked Fabrications.

As well as accommodating My Way for larger jobs, the Gold Coast City Marina’s team of tenants will look after smaller jobs such as paint corrosion repair.

The Gold Coast City Marina is a one-stop-shop for all yacht maintenance needs. No matter the size or type of your vessel, Gold Coast City Marina can work as a team with their extensive list of skillful tenants.
