WRS Tech, a leading marine and shipbuilding recruitment consultancy, claims it is currently overwhelmed with demand for skilled shipbuilding professionals, leading to a higher demand for superyacht electrical and composite professionals.
WRS revealed that positions are in demand from many of its long-term clients from around the world, including motor yachts M5 (ex. Mirabella V) and Shemara, among others.
According to the company, the increasing number of projects within the shipbuilding industry is keeping the WRS Tech team very busy, with further projects in the pipeline. The WRS team is therefore asking that relevant professionals get in touch for news of relevant roles within the sector.
In particular, there are a number of outstanding demands for marine electrical and composite-related engineers to work on a multitude of different vessels around the world; from specialised racing yachts and luxury superyachts, to some of the world’s most technically-advanced offshore vessels.
The positions range from electrical engineers and composite managers, to design engineers and hands-on composite laminators, so, if you have worked with marine electrical systems or composite materials within the boat building industry, get in touch today.
