Superyacht Insurance Group expands product portfolio

Superyacht Insurance Group (SYIG) has recently announced that it is to expand its insurance portfolio, with several new crew insurance offerings.

The new offerings include an MLC-compliant global medical plan that includes Disability Income Protection, to ensure crew receive 100% of their salary should they fall ill or have an accident. The policy covers crew for up to 16 to 52 weeks, and is available for individuals or groups. There will also be further Accident Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) policy options to meet demand in the sector.

Every crew member has a different story and needs an insurance policy that works for their unique situation and travel agenda, therefore we need to offer flexible alternatives.
