During the SEATRADE MED Exhibition, the city of Marseilles and its region, the first worldwide place for superyacht refit and repair activities, is hosting the second edition of SYRREN, Superyacht Refit and Repair Networking, 27th to 29th November 2012.
This event is dedicated to all professionals of the industry in the Mediterranean and across Europe, including shipyards, welding and metal works, mechanics, electricity specialists, coating protection and treatments, etc… willing to expand its activities and start new technical collaborations.
Yachting Pages’ representative, Xavier Nedjam is also amongst the attendees looking to network with the industry, meeting existing clients of the printed and online directories and making new contacts. It is important for Yachting Pages to maintain and strengthen its relationships with brokers, shipyards and subcontractors, which play such a vital role in the industry.
In 2011, SYRREN had remarkable results gathering 120 companies from 10 countries. Approximately 650 meeting requests were raised between the participants, and 405 individual meetings were scheduled and organised by Méditerranée Technologies in the Framework of Enterprise Europe Network.
The three days of activities have involved:
- 30-minute pre-scheduled meetings inside the SEATRADE MED Exhibition
- Today: three shipyards sites visits in Marseilles, La Ciotat and La Seyne S/Mer
