Techno Craft SL on its joint venture with Pinmar Covering

Last month, Yachting Pages revealed that the shareholders of Pinmar and Rolling Stock have formed Global Yachting Group.  Rolling Stock Chandlery and Pinmar Supply will merge and trade under Pinmar Supply SL.  Yacht Covering Systems SL (currently trading as Pinmar Covering) and Techno Craft SL will merge and trade under Techno Craft SL.

Talking about the joint venture, Adam Bennett of Techno Craft SL has now commented, “Pinmar and Rolling Stock have formed a joint venture which will lead to a full merger between Techno Craft and Yacht Covering Systems (currently trading as Pinmar Covering) who will thereafter operate as one company under the Techno Craft brand name.
