The island of Ibiza attracts more than five million visitors during the summer season, all from planes, yachts, cruise ships and more. Unique from the other islands in the Balearics, it is often labelled the playground of the group.
With over 26 years’ experience supporting and assisting different boats and yachts, Calum Yacht Services has an impressive inside knowledge of Ibiza.
They provide a range of support services to the yachts & boats in Ibiza, including docking, transport, provisioning, crew services and more. They are also able to arrange restaurant reservations as well as VIP reservations in some of Ibiza’s most popular clubs.
With four superclubs on the island, which are home to over 25,000 party goers every night, these clubs offer some of the most renowned and famous nightlife in the world. With many other smaller venues and plenty of restaurants, bars and pubs, that all vary in price, it’s important to be prepared when visiting the island.
For those looking for a different experience, Calum Yacht Services has many options in its armoury. One example is a one of a kind restaurant, located to the north of Ibiza which is easily accessible by the sea. Difficult to reach by car and located in a small scenic bay, the restaurant is an old shed like structure which was possibly originally used as a boat ramp.
A fisherman goes out every day to catch the fish, which he then brings back to be cooked in an open fire – with fish stew the only option for lunch. With the fishing boat parked up beside the restaurant, the tables are all set up right on the waterfront with small fish darting around the surface.
With the only way to book by turning up in person the day before, it is rumoured that the king of Spain once turned up at the restaurant but was turned away because he had not booked a table in advance.
