Topcoat Yacht Refinishing announces new commercial executive

Topcoat Yacht Refinishing has announced the appointment of a new commercial representative in order to service the continued expansion of the superyacht painting business in Cataluña, Spain. 

In his new role, Jose Luis Trujillo will work to develop relationships and identify new opportunities where Topcoat can provide greater assistance and services to the yachting industry.

According to Topcoat, he will do this by visiting the ports and marinas in the region, and attending major international boat shows and events throughout the year.

Jose has worked in the maritime industry for over 30 years, achieving qualifications as a professional vessel captain, yacht captain and diver executing underwater inspections.

Throughout his career, Jose has met and worked with many captains, chief engineers and yachting professionals, giving him valuable industry contacts and expertise. 

Topcoat’s managing director said of Jose’s appointment, “Captains appreciate experience when discussing their refit projects, so having Jose on board as a part of the team is a great asset to the company.”
