Triton Submarines and MB92 sign to create Submersible Supercentre in the Med

Superyacht refit and repair shipyard Marina Barcelona 92 (MB92) and Triton Submarines LLC have announced that they have signed a Master Relationship Agreement to create the world’s first Submersible Supercentre in Barcelona, to provide large yachts with comprehensive submersible services in the Mediterranean.

Headquartered in Vero Beach, Florida, Triton Submarines has already established an after-sales service and maintenance division for the EMEA region in Barcelona, with the new partnership set to “significantly enhance” its capability, presence and support capabilities in the Mediterranean and beyond.

The Supercentre will provide large yachts with submersible integration, surveying, repair and maintenance services, with the agreement guaranteeing active cooperation between the organisations in a number of operational areas. As such, MB92 Barcelona will act as Triton’s preferred partner in the Mediterranean, with Triton utilising MB92’s Barcelona facilities to conduct its specialist works.
