In the realm of maritime luxury, the quest to offer yacht charter guests the perfect night's sleep has become an art form, one which luxury bed and linen supplier, CC Design, has fully committed to.
Underwater Lights, a leading supplier of marine lights, has announced the development of a new LED light, which is set to be launched at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) this November.
According to the brand, the QT-100 is compact yet powerful enough to project 10,000 lumens using DC power in order to spotlight boats and luxury yachts from above and below the water line.
Available in either Brilliant White or RGBW Colour-Change, the marine LED offers a low profile that allows it to be flush-mounted to the hull or transom of boats and yachts in nearly any location or configuration.
In a recent press release, the brand advised that the QT-100 is recommended for boats up to 90 feet or 27.5 metres LOA, with each fixture installed three to nine feet apart for the best illumination.
It holds a standard 90-degree beam angle, which provides a wide-spreading light pattern that is designed to prevent dark spots between fixtures. It has also been given an exchangeable insert that allows for no-hassle service and upgrades without hauling the boat from the water.
Underwater Lights has announced that the QT-100 LED will be launched at the upcoming Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, which takes place between 5th and 9th November 2015 in Florida, USA. The brand will be displaying in the Builders and Designers Tent at Booth 669, and then at the METSTRADE show in Amsterdam later in the month.
As with the entire Underwater Lights marine range, the QT-100 is fully approved by the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).
